Engagement terms, in plain sight

Every CronosNow engagement runs on a written agreement that says what is in scope, what is not, how pricing works, and where our liability sits. There are three, one for each way we work. They are published in full so you can read them before you talk to us, not after.

What they all share

The same commitments, whichever one you sign

Fixed pricing wherever possible

Hourly billing rewards inefficiency. You know the cost before work begins, and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved first.

Scope defined in two schedules

Schedule 1 lists exactly what is included. Schedule 2 lists the factors that would change the scope, and therefore the price, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Reviewed every six months

Pricing and scope are reviewed each December and June, or sooner if your business changes materially, so the package stays matched to the work.

Your data stays yours

Original documents, accounting system accounts, data and connected applications remain your property throughout and after the engagement.

Not sure which applies

We will tell you before you commit

Most eCommerce brands land on simple or full accrual depending on whether their inventory system is the source of truth for COGS. Tell us how your books run today and we will point you at the right agreement.
