We report gross profit by SKU and by sales channel. Whether you sell on Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or Faire, we tailor reporting for each, down to contribution margin by channel, inclusive of ad spend and marketplace fees, while tracking inventory accurately on your balance sheet.

When revenue is recorded on the order date but the product has not shipped by month-end, we create manual journals to defer revenue and COGS. That keeps inventory matched to reality and stops revenue being overstated, then reverses cleanly the following month.
Some Amazon orders are excluded from settlement reports due to risk checks, which causes tools to under-report revenue. We accrue the estimated revenue and COGS manually and reverse it the next month, so your reporting stays accurate instead of lumpy.
